GCAP has been assisting Oregon businesses for over 30 years to navigate the complex process of federal, state and local contracting. We assist with understanding the process; finding government leads; understanding and responding to solicitations; and contract administration.


GCAP is Oregon’s Procurement Technical Assistance Center (OR-PTAC)

The Government Contract Assistance Program (GCAP) is part of a nationwide network of Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (PTAC) working to help small businesses compete successfully in the government marketplace.

GCAP’s mission is to assist Oregon small businesses to succeed in obtaining Government Contracts, which stimulate the growth of Oregon’s economy. For over 30 years GCAP has assisted Oregon small businesses in creating jobs, fostering economic diversity, and becoming successful government contractors.

GCAP helps Oregon Businesses:

• Understand the regulations, rules and procedures
