The Development Services Department serves the City of Klamath Falls citizens and businesses through the evaluation of land use applications and the issuance of business licenses.
About
The City of Klamath Falls Development Services Department is the first and last stop in the process of establishing the physical portion of a business. The Department can help guide current and prospective business owners through the process of determining whether any property in the City is suitable for locating a business, assist with starting and review completed land use applications, advise on requirements related to utilities and public improvements, and help navigate the City\’s political process for more complex projects. Once a prospective business owner has decided to go forward with a business venture and decided to locate within City limits, the Department is the last stop in the process–issuing a Business License.Services Provided
